Designed by James Braid and extended to eighteen holes in 1972, West Linton is a moorland championship course in the Scottish Borders with commanding views across the region's rolling hills. Founded in 1890 with pioneering equal membership for men and women, this course near Edinburgh remains recognised as one of the finest in the area, combining natural challenge with abundant wildlife and a welcoming atmosphere.
