About the course

Established in 1887, The Irvine Golf Club is a championship links course refined by James Braid in 1925, whose design endures almost unchanged. Located on Scotland's Ayrshire coast between two rivers, it serves as final qualifying for the Open Championship and has hosted significant amateur and professional tournaments, including the 1904 event won by Harry Vardon.
