About the course

Carved from natural moorland near Bridge of Weir, Old Course Ranfurly is an 18-hole championship layout that dates to 1889, later refined by James Braid. Playing just over 6,000 yards, the course commands concentration through varied terrain and heathland, commanding views across to Ben Lomond and the Campsie Fells, whilst the newly refurbished clubhouse offers dining and bar facilities that rank among the best in Scottish golf club culture.
