James Braid's 1909 design in Elderslie, Renfrewshire, commands panoramic views across the west of Scotland from its elevated parkland layout. At 6,175 yards, par 70, the course offers a fair test framed by Newton Woods, with particularly striking vistas towards Ben Lomond and the Kilpatrick Hills from the back nine.
