Founded in 1907 and redesigned by the legendary James Braid, Merchants of Edinburgh offers an 18-hole par 65 course laid out across the Craiglockhart Hills with panoramic views across Edinburgh to the Firth of Forth. The compact layout, featuring seven par 3s and a distinctive square green, fits comfortably into a busy schedule, making it an ideal spot for a quick round just ten minutes from the city centre.
