The Ladies Golf Club Troon, founded in 1882, is a women's club with over 300 members playing predominantly over the Portland Course, a links layout redesigned in part in 2021 that hosts the Scottish Women's Amateur Stroke Play Championship. The club also accesses Royal Troon's facilities and maintains the shorter Craigend Course for juniors and beginners, competing annually in the prestigious Greenlees League scratch competition.
