Kirkintilloch's 18-hole par 70 parkland course, designed by James Braid and established in 1895, sits in rolling terrain overlooking the Campsie Fells, nine miles north of Glasgow. The layout requires no major climbs between holes and is recognised for its condition, particularly its greens, with modern course management enhancements maintaining its appeal to the steady stream of visiting players each year.
