About the course

Caldwell is an 18-hole parkland course established in 1903 by Open Champion Willie Fernie and refined in the 1920s by five-time Open winner James Braid. Set in rural countryside five miles south-west of Glasgow near Uplawmoor, the course features wide fairways lined with trees, undulating greens, and a mix of flat and gently sloping terrain, and welcomes day visitors alongside a full membership programme.
