How long does the filming take?
A single day on-site for most courses. We're early-light and golden-hour shooters, so we work around your tee sheet and stay out of your members' way.
When do we get the video?
Typically within two weeks of the filming day. We send a sample cut back first so you can flag any changes before it's finished.
Is it really free?
Yes. The directory listing and the 30 and 60 second Course Tour cost you nothing, no filming fee and no listing fee. We only charge for optional extras: hole-by-hole footage released for your own campaigns, and premium listings with booking integrations.
Can we really use the Course Tour anywhere?
Yes. Your 30 and 60 second Course Tour is licensed to you in perpetuity, worldwide, for your own website, social, in-clubhouse displays and member emails. No royalties and no renewal fee. The full hole-by-hole footage is a separate licence, see below.
Can we manage our own profile?
Yes, for free, once we've verified you own or run the club. You can then edit and update your course information whenever it changes.
Can we get the hole-by-hole footage too?
Yes. We keep and own the footage we film, but for a nominal one-off fee we'll license the full hole-by-hole set to your club to use as your own promotional content, on your own website and social media only. It can't be reused on other directories or websites.
How do you make money if the tour is free?
Optional extras, nothing more. Some clubs license the full hole-by-hole footage for their own promotion, and some take a premium listing with booking integrations. Both are entirely optional.
