Scotscraig is an authentic Scottish links course established in 1817 by members of the Society of St Andrews Golfers, making it the oldest still owned and played by its founding club. Originally laid out by Davie Robertson and later refined by Old Tom Morris and James Braid, the course blends traditional links with heathland characteristics, offering a challenging test that plays firm and fast in suitable conditions and remains one of golf's most historically significant venues.
