Pumpherston is a 6,036-yard par 70 parkland course near Edinburgh and Glasgow, defined by tree-lined fairways, strategic bunkering and water features that demand accurate shotmaking. The layout rewards shape and control over distance, with memorable signature holes including the 16th, a tantalising 250-yard par four where a narrow entrance guards a mushroom-shaped green over water.
