About the course

Portlethen Golf Club, established in 1981 and designed by world-renowned architect Donald Steel, opened for play in 1989 on land gifted by local landowner Willie Donald. This parkland course has matured into one of the North East's finest, hosting prestigious national events including the Scottish Amateur Mens Championship and Scottish PGA Northern Open, and features the Findon burn winding through five holes of the front nine surrounded by mature broadleaf trees.
