About the course

Founded in 1887, Dunfermline Golf Club operates two parkland courses set among rolling woodlands and hills in Fife. The main 18-hole Pitfirrane course, designed by J.R. Stutt, stretches to 6,121 yards at par 72 with five challenging par fives; the par-3 Halkett course offers a shorter 1,074-yard test. The club's distinctive clubhouse, situated within Pitfirrane Castle and dating to 1583, overlooks the courses and is believed to be the world's oldest golf clubhouse still in use.
