About the course

Founded in 1891, Wakefield is among Yorkshire's oldest private members clubs, with a parkland course designed by Sandy Herd and bunkered by Dr. Alister MacKenzie. The par 72 layout comprises two nine-hole loops returning to the clubhouse and is renowned for its greens, offering visitors and societies a warm reception and excellent facilities including a virtual golf centre.
