Betws-y-Coed is a nine-hole parkland course founded in 1977 on the valley floor beside the River Conwy, framed by the Snowdonia mountains and Gwydir Forest. Playing to par 64 and under 5,000 yards, the layout is compact but technically demanding, with five of the eight par-threes exceeding 200 yards and well-bunkered greens that reward precision over length.
